What services does European Passage offer within the Meetings & incentives industry?

European Passage will supply the Travel Agents and Organizers with suitable Venues, a team of suppliers to cater for the delegate’s needs, Translators, Entertainment artists and the equipment required to support them. We will appoint and supply any audio visual services, catering services, decorations, entertainment and PR, technical and any other professional services required

Does European Passage have a minimum or maximum group size that can handle?

European Passage does handle from groups of 10 & above who require fully escorted and managed programs with a 24×7 support. We act behind the curtain to enhance our guests’ travel experience. We never show our identity to the actual guests on tour as we trade into B2B markets only.

How does the booking process work?

Tour Operators shall send European Passage their programs to quote and in turn European Passage shall prepare a competitive quotation for packaged program to provide a certain/firm proposal and eventually wait for the agent’s final decision as if to place the order by means of written instructions from a Company acting as sending agent. European Passage shall then confirm all services and send the organizing party the full details of reduction and cancellation policy to apply for safe keeping.

What currencies do you charge in?

Local currency. Always. We find that offering prices in local currency does waiver the need from our side to inflate the costs by adding a level of security on our end: it will be the Travel Agents abroad that shall then convert and price the local costings offered at the rate of exchange that they shall deem suitable to the purpose of securing their business from the organizing companies.
